Suspected Assassins kill Family of Six in Ogun

Suspected assassins in a night operation, killed a family of six – husband, wife and four children at their home in Atiba community, Odogbolu area of Ogun State.

The husband, Sheik Yusuf Abdulsalam Tanimola, in his 30s, his wife and four children, were said to have been killed by the yet-to-be identified killers.

While confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said he was yet to get details of the victims’ names, saying that they “were killed over night.”

He said the Divisional Police Officers in Odogbolu, Operatives of the Federal Special Anti – Robbery Squad (FSARS) and Homicide section had been deployed to unravel the motive behind the brutal killing.

He added that the police command was working on getting identity of the killers, expressing confidence that the police would get the killers.
