BREAKING: Bode George declares for PDP chairmanship

The Lagos City Hall along Bishop Street on the Lagos Island is currently full to the brim as the Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George is declaring his intention to contest the national chairmanship of the party ahead of the forthcoming convention of the party.

Party leaders from the south-west geopolitical zone and other zones of the party are gathered at the declaration ceremony.

National Vice- Chairman of the party in the south West, Dr. Eddy Olafeso led his exco members from the zone to support the chairman hopeful.

Other party leaders at the declaration are former Vice-Chairman, South- West, Alhaji Tajudeen Oladipo, Ex- Deputy Governor of Osun State, Erelu Olusola Obada, former National Secretary, Chief Remi Akintoye.

Others are former Ministers Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, Chief Dapo Sarumi, Elder Sole Ogunlesi; former Deputy Governor Senator Bucknor Akerele, among others.
