Earlier this afternoon there were reports that Mugabe was engaged in a meeting with the army generals, mediators and envoys from SADC. Among them was catholic priest father Fidelis Mukonori.  While the outcome of the meeting is still unknown. pictures have surfaced on social media courtesy of Herald Editor Cesar Zvayi  .

From the looks of the general’s face is seems the talks were peaceful and perhaps an acceptable solution for both parties was agreed upon.
