In a recent statement from Abuja, Amb. Isaac Chigozie Udeh, the National Chairman of the National Rescue Movement (NRM), has publicly supported Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State during the ongoing political unrest.

Ambassador Udeh emphasized that Governor Fubara’s commitment to development transcends party lines and merits the support of all residents, not just those of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

He remarked on the governor’s readiness to serve the state, highlighting the tangible progress seen under Fubara’s administration.

The NRM leader dismissed the notion that Fubara’s authority could be undermined by his predecessor, affirming his legitimate leadership.

He further directed NRM members in Rivers State to fully support the governor, asserting that Fubara enjoys widespread backing, with endorsements spanning across all twenty-three local government areas.

Udeh’s call extends to other political parties as well, urging them to unite behind Governor Fubara for the betterment of both the state and the nation.
