The National Executive Committee of the Labour Party has thrown open the contest for all of the party tickets from the state to the federal level.

With this declaration, interested party members can now bid for the Presidential ticket earlier reserved for Mr. Peter Obi and the Abia State Governorship ticket reserved for Alex Otti.

This is part of the resolutions of an ongoing NEC meeting of the party, at its National Secretariat, in Abuja.
