As the countdown continues, we now have 68 days leading up to the 44th Annual International Scientific Conference of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN). Tagged “IFEADIGO 2025,” this landmark event is scheduled to take place from July 22 to 27, 2025, at the International Conference Center in Awka, Anambra. This conference promises to shine a spotlight on the future of community pharmacy. 
Anambra, known as the “light of the nation,” symbolizes hope and progress within Nigeria. The term “IFEADIGO” translates to “light has come,” embodying the spirit of innovation and advancement that drives the healthcare sector forward. 
As we gear up for "IFEADIGO 2025," we eagerly anticipate stimulating discussions focused on the integration of technology and personalized healthcare within community pharmacy. This year’s theme, “Technology Integration and Personalized Care: The Future of Community Pharmacy Practice,” is set to inspire dynamic exchanges and collaborations among industry experts.
In addition to the advancements in healthcare, it’s worth noting the cultural contributions of Anambra State. The popular music duo P-Square, comprised of twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye, hails from Ifite Dunu in Anambra State. Renowned for their artistic reinvention, musical versatility, and striking visual presentations, P-Square is regarded as one of the most influential African acts of all time.
