NAIP Chairman, Sir Bankole leads association to honor the legacy of Chief Ilobanafor, consoles Prince Cletus Ilobanafor

The Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria (NAIP), under the leadership of its National Chairman, Pharm. (Sir) Bankole Aminu Ezebuilo, FPSN, has extended heartfelt condolences to Prince Cletus Ilobanafor, Managing Director of CEOAFRICA, over the passing of his beloved father, Chief Ogbuefi Clement Nwagbogu Ilobanafor (Esesuo Agbara I of O̱ze̱gu), who departed this life on June 22, 2025, at the age of 93.

In a condolence letter jointly signed by the National Chairman, Pharm. (Sir) Bankole Aminu Ezebuilo, and the National Publicity Secretary, Pharm. Emeka Ndinechi, the association expressed deep sadness over the loss, noting that the news was received “with great shock.”

NAIP described the late Chief Ilobanafor as a rare patriarch who lived a remarkable life defined by leadership, mentorship, and an unwavering commitment to community progress. The association emphasized that his influence extended far beyond his immediate household, touching the entire Ilobanafor family and the broader community.

The letter noted that Papa’s legacy continues to shine through generations, adding: “His life has been a source of inspiration to many. Papa left wonderful exemplary legacies which will continue to radiate in you and all those whose lives Papa touched while he lived.”

NAIP acknowledged the emotional impact of the passing on Prince Ilobanafor and his entire family, expressing sincere sympathy and prayers for comfort and strength during this period of grief. The association further stated that it takes solace in the fact that the late Chief lived a long, fulfilled, and impactful life, leaving behind “veritable legacies to console the family.”

The association prayed that God grants the Ilobanafor family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and that the gentle soul of the departed patriarch continues to rest in peace.

Reaffirming its solidarity with the Ilobanafor family, the association added: “On behalf of all members of the National Association of Industrial Pharmacists, we extend our deepest sympathy and warm regards to you. We pray that the Almighty God will grant you and the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
