The National Chairman of the National Association of Industrial Pharmacists (NAIP), Pharm. Bankole Aminu Ezebuilo, has extended warm Christmas and New Year greetings to Nigerians, calling on citizens to celebrate responsibly while prioritising their health and wellbeing during the festive season.

In his goodwill message to mark Christmas and usher in the New Year 2026, Pharm. Ezebuilo described the season as a time of reflection, gratitude, and renewed commitment to service.

“As we celebrate the joy of Christmas and prepare to step into a new year, I wish Nigerians continued opportunities to make a positive difference in their communities and a renewed passion for improving lives through meaningful work and service,” he said.

Speaking in his capacity as a pharmacist and health advocate, the NAIP Chairman emphasized the importance of healthy lifestyle choices during the festive period, noting that celebrations should not come at the expense of personal health.

“The festive season often comes with indulgence, but I urge everyone to be mindful of what they consume, to moderate their intake of food and alcohol, adhere to prescribed medications, and avoid self-medication. Good health remains our greatest asset, and it is essential that we protect it while celebrating,” he advised.

Pharm. Ezebuilo further encouraged Nigerians to seek professional medical and pharmaceutical guidance when needed, stressing that pharmacists remain accessible healthcare professionals committed to safeguarding public health.

He expressed optimism for the year ahead, reaffirming NAIP’s commitment to advancing pharmaceutical practice, supporting industrial pharmacists, and contributing to national health development.

“May the New Year bring peace, progress, and prosperity to our nation, and may we all remain steadfast in our shared responsibility to build healthier communities,” he added.

He concluded by wishing Nigerians a joyful celebration and a fulfilling year ahead. “I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous, healthy, and impactful New Year 2026.”
