James Faleke, member of the House of Representatives representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, has obtained the All Progressives Congress (APC) expression of interest and nomination forms on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The forms were formally presented by the APC National Organising Secretary, Suleiman Argungu, to Faleke at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja. Faleke, who is also associated with the Tinubu Support Groups, received the documents during a brief ceremony attended by party officials.
Reports indicate that the nomination forms, valued at ₦100 million, were paid for on behalf of the president. A photograph from the event showed Faleke in company with Argungu and other APC officials at the presentation.
The development is widely seen as an early step marking the commencement of preparations for President Tinubu’s anticipated bid for a second term in office.
