The Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Enugu State Chapter, has released details of aspirants to be screened for elective positions in the state.

A statement, Friday, by the party’s State Chairman, Dr Johnpaul Anih, the Secretary, Dr Sebastine Okafor, and the Publicity Secretary, Emmanuel Ugwueze, said the screening will take place on Sunday, May 24, 2026

Prof I.G Nwangwu will serve as the Chairman of the committee, Barr. Peace Chidi Ugwu as Secretary, Chinachi Nnabuko, member and Emma Onovo, member, according to the statement.

Members of the Appeal Committee include Prof Chinedu Aguba, as Chairman, Mrs Chioma Agbo, Secretary, Clinton Ogbonna, member and Rev’d Austin Nnaji, member.

The statement further announced that the screening will take place at the Dragon Recreation Centre in Enugu.

The Committee advised aspirants to come with photocopies and originals of their birth certificates, 4 recent passports, a copy of their voter cards, their Curriculum Vitae and their NDC membership cards.

The party also fixed Monday, 25 May, 2026 as date for appeals arising from the screening.
