The United States government has released an updated list of 124 Nigerians slated for deportation as part of President Donald Trump's intensified immigration enforcement policies.

The list was published in a statement on the website of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Wednesday as the agency showcased individuals arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the administration's ongoing mass deportation campaign.

According to the DHS, the exercise is aimed at removing undocumented immigrants with criminal records from the United States.

"Under DHS leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS and ICE are fulfilling President Trump's promise and carrying out mass deportations, starting with the worst of the worst, including the illegal aliens you see here," the statement read.

The agency published the names of 124 Nigerians identified for deportation. They include:
