Controversial Nigerian self-acclaimed relationship expert, Blessing CEO, has been granted N20 million bail by the Lagos State Special Offences Court in connection with an alleged N69.15 million property fraud case.

The ruling came on Thursday, about six weeks after she was remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.

The court also directed the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) to enforce travel restrictions against the defendant pending the determination of the case.

Blessing CEO was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on June 9, 2026, over allegations that she fraudulently obtained N69,150,000 from Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited under the pretext of securing a lease for a property in the Lekki area of Lagos in March 2025.

According to the EFCC, the defendant is facing a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretences and stealing. She pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Delivering his ruling, Justice Rahman Oshodi admitted her to bail in the sum of N20 million with two sureties in like sum.

The judge further ordered that each surety must provide proof of deposits worth N20 million maintained for a period of three years.

In addition, the court directed that Blessing CEO’s international movement be restricted while the matter remains before the court.

The case was subsequently adjourned until October 12, 2026, for continuation of trial.
