Somalia police, along with security forces have locked down key roads in Mogadishu for security reasons amid 2nd High Level Partnership Forum set to kick off in the capital.

The High Level Partnership Forum will not be attended by Somalia's semi-autonomous Puntland and Interim Jubaland administrations over disagreement between both regional state administrations and government leaders.
