Controversial rapper Colonel Moustapha has alleged that a "senator" who had him arrested in May this year still owes him Sh370,000 in damages.
Colonel Moustapha was picked-up by police officers from Ogopa Deejays' South B studio, and locked up for interrogation at the CID headquarters along Kiambu Road, after word reached the legislator that Moustapha had featured "his wife" in raunchy music video he was about to release.
According to him, he was released after the two parties agreed to settle the matter without involving the police. He said that they agreed that he would edit all the scenes that featured the senator's wife, but after the senator paid him Sh 770,000 in damages.
"He has so far paid me Sh400,000 after I threatened to release his wife's nudes. He has also agreed to pay up the rest of the amount sooner than later. So releasing the photos is not in my plans as we speak," he said.
The Lenga Stress hit rapper, who has been embroiled in an incessant wit of words with coast-based singer Nyota Ndogo, posted on Facebook that he had fallen in love again, writing in part, "I have fallen in love once again guys, with someone who loves n appreciate me and supports all I do. I never knew love will hit me hard as it just did... true love is amazing."
