THE complaints by many Zambians over the unfavourable living conditions are dreadful and need a government with a heart for the people to listen and work towards addressing them, says Sinazongwe Rainbow chairperson George Bbabbi.
And Bbabbi says the PF is treading on unstable ground and winning the 2016 general elections will be tough for them because of the problems they have created in the country.
Bbabbi said time had come for the PF to realise that they were not safe as a result of their poor leadership that had not yielded any development for the people.
“The PF itself knows that they are not stable and that they are treading on unstable grounds. They are very insecure and that is why they will do anything to ensure that they stay in power. Zambians have suffered enough. Their complaints are genuine, very dreadful and they need a government that will listen to them and solve their problems,” he said.
“The PF should not cheat themselves and think that 2016 will be in their favour because they have caused a lot of commotion and trouble in the country. People are starving and complaining every day. The Zambian people are not happy with this government. People have no access to water, electricity and food; people are suffering.”
And Bbabbi said the PF should not underrate Rainbow because the party was capable of winning the 2016 general elections.
“Let them continue thinking that they can easily win the 2016 elections. It will not be easy for them; let them continue dreaming. Look at what happened in Isoka! Rainbow was testing the waters and we won. People have lost confidence in the PF and they are looking for an alternative government and Rainbow is ready to provide quality leadership,” said Bbabbi.
