Nigeria’s senior men’s basketball team, D’Tigers, are in the semi-final of the 2015 African Basketball Championship after beating Gabon 88 points to 64 in their quarter-final clash on Thursday.

D’Tigers took the first, second and third quarters 23-11, 26-14, 23-9 respectively.

Gabon edged them out in the fourth quarter by 30-16 but that wasn’t enough to see them advance to the last four.

The Nigerians will take on either Senegal or Algeria in Saturday’s semi-final.
