From Lagos State, CEOAFRICA.com gathered that a plane has crashed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, killing some passengers and several others injured.

The Akure bound Associated Airline crashes with 20 people onboard at the local wing of the Airport.

According to what we gathered fron a source, the plane was believed to be heading for the burial of former Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Agagu in Ondo State.

LASEMA has confirmed that the aeroplane was carrying the remains of the former governor to Ondo State for burial. Eleven people, including some Agagu family members were confirmed dead  and four others hospitalised.
