Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho has been informed that he would be entering the 2016 Guinness World Records four times.

The Portuguese won his first brace of Guinness World Records during his first stint in charge at Chelsea back in 2004-05 when the Blues amassed the most points (95) and conceded the fewest goals (15) in a title-winning Premier League campaign.

The record third came for overseeing the most Premier League games unbeaten at home in a row (77), a run which straddled his two tenures at Stamford Bridge.

Finally, Mourinho’s fourth entry is for becoming the youngest ever manager to take charge of 100 Champions League games (49 years and 12 days), a milestone he passed when his Real Madrid side drew 1-1 with Man City in 2012.

With all records now officially recognised, Mourinho was presented with four framed certificates to hang in his office at Cobham.
