
1º de Agosto held yesterday in Luanda a training session to sharpen the technical and tactical system for the Saturday match against Petro de Luanda, in the 25th round of the national first division football championship (Girabola2015).
For 90 minutes, the team worked to correct the position of players on the pitch, ending with a small-sided game, to assess the capacity of the group to hold the ball.
Speaking to Angop at the end of the training session, the technical assistant of the club, Filipe Nzanza, said the team is very motivated to face with maturity its opponent.
The match is set for Saturday at 4 p.m at Luanda's 11 de Novembro Stadium at a time that the teams are separated by 11 points, with 1 de Agosto placed third with 42 and Petro seventh with 31 points.
The competition is led by Recreativo do Libolo of Cuanza Sul with 51 points, while Domant do Bengo are at the bottom of the table with 17 points.
