Oil Pipeline Vandalisation Causes Fire Outbreak In Bayelsa State

CEOAFRICA.com gathered that some suspected oil thieves escaped death by whiskers in Bayelsa State when a pipeline they were tampering with bust and caught fire immediately.

The incident occurred in Brass Local Government Area and the pipeline belong to Nigerian Agip Oil Company, NAOC.

Our source disclosed that the suspected oil thieves were said to have attempted to get crude oil from the pipe, when it caught fire due to pressures from the metal object which they used to drill the pipe.

The suspects escaped into the mangrove swamp immediately the incident occurred.
