It was gathered from Ethiopia that a bomb blast in the capital city Addis Ababa has claimed the lives of two people.

CEOAFRICA.com further discovered that the attack took place yesterday in the city’s Bole district, which is home to large Somalia population.

Although no immediate claim was made for the bombing, some Ethiopians alleged that the al-Shabab militiamen could be responsible for the blast.

Ethiopian troops have been fighting al-Qaida-linked al-Shabab militants in Somalia since 2011, alongside African Union forces from Uganda, Burundi and Kenya.
