CEOAFRICA, gathered that His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco has sent a message of condolences to Malian president Ibrahim Boubakar Keita, following the capsizing of a boat in a river in the region of Mopti, that killed dozens of passengers and left several others missing.

"In these painful circumstances, I express to Your Excellence, to the victims' families and to the Malian brother people my most heartfelt condolences and the expression of my solidarity and sympathy", the Royal message reads.

The Sovereign also prayed to the Almighty to accept the innocent victims in His vast paradise and to grant support and solace to their relatives.
