Stephen Keshi releases list of 28-man home based team for friendly match in Jordan

Reports reaching CEOAFRICA is that the head coach of Super Eagles have released a 28 man senior home based team for an International Friendly match against Jordan, as well as its first appearance at the African Nations Championship (CHAN) which is to take place in south Africa in January.

Reports said that Jordan is to use the match to prepare for their 2014 FIFA World Cup play-off against the fifth-place team in the South American qualifying campaign.

In a statement released in Abuja, It said the team’s Head Coach, Stephen Keshi who also manages the `A’ team, had already invited the players to camp.

``The players are to report in camp in Abuja as the Super Eagles’ Team B gets set for an international friendly with the full team of Jordan,’’.

Report has it that the match is slated for the Jordanian capital city of Amman on Oct. 28.
