As part of efforts to win the forthcoming governorship election in Anambra State, the All Progressives Congress candidate, Senator (Dr) Chris Ngige has paid courtesy visit to traditional rulers in the state seeking for their blessings.

CEOAFRICA.com gathered that Sen. Ngige was at the Ora palace in Awka where he met with traditional rulers within the zone, including Royal Highness Igwe S.I Okafor and others.

At the meeting, the APC governorship candidate presented his stewardship as the senator representing the zone, and formally informed the royal fathers of his ambition and agenda for the state.

He also told the monarchs that he will create a platform that will allow traditional institutions to participate effectively in the formulation of state policies.

The royal fathers expressed confidence in the leadership ability of Ngige.

Speaking on behalf of others, HRH Robert Eze said: “we have confidence that when someone like Onwa is voted, he will deliver to the people. God created everyone with different talents. Wisdom comes in various ways, but the difference in quality is always clear.”
