Report from Tunisia indicated that there has been a suicide bomb attack in the city of Sousse on a beach in front of a hotel.

According to sources, the blast occurred at 9:45 am local time (8:45 GMT), and except the bomber, no one was hurt.

In a similar event, police have foiled another plot to attack ex-President Habib Bourguiba’s tomb by capturing the suspected suicide bomber when he was about to blow up himself.

The blast which happened close to the Riadh Palms hotels, was perpetuated by a male attacker who wore a belt of explosives.

Witnesses said he was spotted and chased away from the hotel before blowing himself up on an empty beach.
