Governor Amaechi of Rivers State had against the ongoing political feud meet with President GoodLuck at the funeral service of the late Madam Charity Oba (aka Mama Sisi), the adopted mother of the Nigeria First Lady, Mrs. Patience Jonathan.

Meanwhile President Jonathan and Governor Amaechi, in company with the Bayelsa State governor, Seriake Dickson, flew from the Port Harcourt International Airport in the same chopper to Okrika town.

According to source, Governor Amaechi, who arrived Port Harcourt earlier, had waited for the arrival of the president with his Bayelsa state counterpart, Dickson.

Other personalities like the Rivers state deputy governor, Tele Ikuru; supervising Minister of Education, Nyesom Wike, with his political group, Grassroots Democratic Initiative (GDI), as well as members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, waited also.

Governor Amaechi also at the funeral service demonstrated a statesman spirit as he tend to clear tensions and speculation with his exciting dance step, even arousing more question as people wonders what the politician might have up his sleeves.

The event became even more interesting  when at the close of the funeral service, the men of God prayed, letting the heaven loose particularly on Governor Amaechi, against every ‘no gree spirit’ that is behind the ongoing political crisis, and which wages war against the resolution of the feud.
