NSCDC DISCOVERS HUMAN PARTS MARKET INSIDE ILE-IFE BUSH

Criminal market where human parts are sold have been discovered by the officials of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and some members of a vigilance group in Ile-Ife, Osun State on Wednesday.

Public Relation Officer, Osun NSCDC, Mr. Ayo Olowe, who was said to have confirmed the incident, said that no human parts were found at the shrine.

The report said that the discovery of the camp set panic among residents of the town and that the four suspected members of the syndicate operating at the market have been caught and handed over to the police.

Those listed to have been arrested in connection with the shrine are: Aliyu,  Eneji John, Tosin Olalekan,  and Segun Fakanyi and they were said to be employees of Aliyu in the shrine.

According to the statement by one of the residents of the area who identified himself as Niyi Adewumi, the security acting on a tip off discovered the scary site located at Sarajo area along Ifewara Road in Ile-Ife on Wednesday.

The resident disclosed that an underground tunnel of about one kilometer long, scary objects suspected to be human parts, shrine, small coffins, kegs of blood were discovered at the place.
