As the Golden Eaglets continue the quest for fourth World U-17 title in United Arab Emirates, CEOAFRICA sports desk gathered that even the opponents have started appreciating the style of football mastery they’ve displayed thus far.

Following the impressive quarter-finals victory over their counterparts from Uruguay, the coach of the South American side, Fabian Coito praised the Eaglets for their beautiful display.

“Nigeria has a strong team and players with very good skills for this age group. The most dangerous side of their game is their rapid movement,” he said.

Also, Brazil coach Alexandre Gallo described the Nigerian team as a strong side which plays good football.

“The Nigerians are very strong and their pattern of play is very similar to what we (Brazil) plays. Their style is what we call football.” Coach Gallo, whose team was defeated by the Mexicans at the quarter-final stage revealed.

Meanwhile, the Semi-final games of the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup will come up tomorrow when Mexico face Argentina and Sweden will face Nigeria to determine teams that will qualify for the final game.

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria is the only African representative left in the race, as Morocco, Tunisia and Cote d’Ivoire have been knocked out of the tournament. They have scored 20 goals and conceded 5 so far.
