The report reaching CEOAFRICA has it that the traditional council of the Ondo kingdom has decided to confer on the actress a high-profile chieftaincy title in recognition of her outstanding achievement in the movie industry and also as an illustrious daughter of Ondo State
The actress who seems to have a golden lining of honour in every single strides she makes, has won virtually every award there is to be won in the movie industry within and outside the shores of the country and the only vacuum in her list of honours, is one from her State of origin, which is now on the cards.
Omotola, who was named as one of the most influential 100 people in the world by TIME magazine recently has become an human rights advocate and only a couple of days ago was presented with the Ebony Vanguard Award for her long standing achievements in acting, in Birmingham, United Kingdom in the presence of leading British film-makers.
