NIGERIA- The much anticipated 2013 Governorship election in Anambra State, Nigeria has commenced with distribution of materials to polling units.

CEOAFRICA.com gathered that as at 9:00 am, materials have been released for Aguleri, while some areas in Awka, the state capital are yet to get their own materials. In Community Primary School IV Umuokpu, Awka, and Nnewi Ichi, Nnewi, accreditation of voters is ongoing.

Our source revealed that Independent National Electoral Commission said those who have been accredited should return by 12:30 at their polling units for another headcount before casting their votes.
