Don't be a part-time Christian who demands a full-time God". Our call to mission demands great sacrifice and patience. sing: "When we walk with the Lord...Trust and Obey..."

Today, the universal Roman Catholic Church celebrates World Mission

Sunday. A day to reflect on the mission entrusted to us as individual Catholic/Christian, and how we are carrying out this great task in love.

Is your mission same as Christ's mission to the church? Are you doing what he has commanded? Christ says in John14:23, "If anyone loves me he will keep my word, and my father will love him, and we shall come to him". Sing: "With an everlasting love you care for me O Lord..."

Note: Without love our mission can never make sense...and will be incomplete! The real failure is seen in the life of a Christian who fails to love. Hence, are you a messenger of true love and mercy? The Lord calls us to be instruments of peace and love, so as to spread the true message to the ends of the world.

This is a task entrusted to us as friends of Jesus not to angels; even in your limitations, you are still made worthy by His Grace. "Blessed indeed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy". No wonder, the Psalmist says, "The lowly one called, and thee Lord heard him" (Ps.35).  We all therefore need to seek the face of an unchanging God in this changing world.

Only love gives meaning to our precious mission! Remove love and you become empty!!! Sing: "At the end of the day, just kneel and pray; thank you Lord for my works and play, I tried to be good for I know that I should; that's my prayer at the end of the day". Our mission is of humble services. Christ has shown us a great example by his "Short life on earth". He embraced shameful death to set us free from everlasting bondage.

Finally, let us all be selfless in all we do. You are never called to

dominate, but to be at the service of others showing mercy and love. Happy

Sunday Dear One!!! God bless us all.
