CHINA- A total of 10,000 Nigeria bound fake clippers were reportedly confiscated by Wahl Clipper Corporation and Chinese authorities yesterday.

CEOAFRICA.com gathered that Wahl Clipper Corporation combined with the Chinese authorities and raided the factory of Wonderful Electrical Appliance Company, which specializes in production of fake clippers exported to Nigeria.

Sources revealed that a statement credited to Wahl reads: “The exercise which resulted to confiscation of 10,000 Nigeria bound fake clippers was conducted in conjunction with the Jinghua Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, and officials of the Yongkang Public Security Bureau.”

Also, it was revealed that the order for the fake clippers came from a Nigerian sponsored firm named Blue Diamond.

The statement reads that a fraudulent authorization letter was signed by a Festus U.Mbisiogu of Blue Diamond Freight LLC China. It was part of the document seized during the raid.
