South Africa presided upon by Jacob Zuma has been hit with scarcity of water which has led some civil servants to helping their colleagues with vehicles to the other side of town to find a working toilet.
Ceoafrica learnt that employees at the Department of Social Development in Mpumalanga in the east of the country have to drive 6km (4 miles) to a shopping mall in order to answer the call of nature.
However, Officials in Cape Town say that residents and businesses are still using 7m litres (1.5m gallons) too much each day, and have warned people against waste, to which gardeners have also been told that they may only use one bucket of water at a time mostly on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
