Nigeria-The University College Hospital Chapter of Resident doctors in Ibadan have alleged that the Federal Government owes the hospital authorities to the tune of N100million since January this year.

This was disclosed yesterday while announcing the suspension of their two month strike.

The doctors said this came about through the newly-introduced system of payment by the government.

The faulty system, they alleged had resulted in serious blunder which made the government mistake doctors for cleaners and other people doing menial jobs in the teaching hospital.
