ASSOCIATION DONATES 150 DOZEN CUSTOMISED NOTE BOOK TO OYO STATE POLICE

150 dozen of customized note book was yesterday, 3rd November 2013, donated to the Oyo state Police by Alhaji Biliaminu Elesinmeta, Coordinator for South-West National Butchers Union of Nigeria in collaboration with Kwara State.

Presenting the gift yesterday during the press briefing at the Eleyele Police Head Quarters, Ibadan, Elesinmeta stated that the kind gesture was part of the association’s support to the police to the glory of God and the use of mankind.

He utilized the opportunity to beckon on the public to key into the work of ensuring security, stressing that it should not be left to the police alone as they always need to be provided with the relevant intelligent that would help them in discharging their duties.

Elesinmeta also urged the members of the community to see police as their friend so that together, effective policing would be achieved and maintained in the state and Nigeria as a whole.
