Former governor of Delta State James Ibori is back in a UK court in continuation of his assets confiscation trial.

Ibori, who was only recently released from prison after serving about half of his 13 year sentence after being found guilty of money laundering, stands to forfeit assets reportedly worth about 250million pounds if he loses the case.

The case is taking place at the Southwark Crown Court with Justice David Tomlinson presiding.
