Kim Kardashian is willing to go to great measures to have another baby.
The reality star reveals in a new clip that she's planning on undergoing surgery on her uterus in an effort to prepare for having a third child after doctors warned her giving birth again could be dangerous.
"I have to go in and repair my uterus because I decided I'm going to try to have one more baby," Kardashian tells her family in a teaser for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Her family grows concerned by Kardashian's big announcement, however, with some members expressing their apprehension about the TV star's plans.
"I don't want you to, like, do anything risky," says Corey Gamble, who is in a relationship with Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner.
Kardashian experienced complications during her pregnancies with both her 3-year-old daughter North and her 1-year-old son Saint. During each occasion, she suffered from a condition called placenta accreta, according to People, which occurs when the placenta grows too deep inside the uterine wall and has to be removed by a doctor.
Kardashian has admitted that doctors don't believe it'll be safe for her and her husband Kanye West to try for another child — but the reality star says the surgery is the "last thing" she can try.
She explains she's eager to add to her family because she wants to give North and Saint another sibling.
The new episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" airs this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on the E! Network.
