Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi

Ajimobi appoints Representative for CEOAfrica Media Chat

In honour of an invitation to participate in a media panel chat organised by CEOAfrica, a popular online media organisation in Ibadan, the Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi has appointed his Executive Assistant on Political Matters, Dr Morounkola Thomas to represent him at the upcoming interactive session.

This was made known to CEOAfrica by the Special Adviser on Communication and Strategy to the State Governor, Mr Yomi Layinka on Wednesday, who revealed that Dr Morounkola has been appointed by the Governor to speak on his behalf at the media chat which was organised to review the Governor’s six years in office.

Dr Morounkola will be representing the Governor in the interactive session tagged: An Appraisal of Governor Ajimobi’s Six Years in Governance where he, alongside representatives of other political parties, will be evaluating the Governor Abiola Ajimobi-led administration in the last six years as well as the way forward in his remaining two years in office.

The representatives of the political parties who are billed to appear at the media chat are; Dr Nureni Adeniran, the Oyo State Secretary of Accord Party; Hon Taiwo Ibrahim, the Director of Publicity, Oyo State Labour Party; Mr Akeem Azeez, the Public Relations Officer of SDP; and Hon Alarape Asimiyu, the Administrative Secretary in charge of PDP in Oyo State. Also to be present is a representative of Governor Abiola Ajimobi.

The interactive session, which will witness the presence of journalists from various media houses, is scheduled to hold on Saturday 27th May, 2017 at CEOAfrica building located at 24, Kudeti Avenue, Onireke, Ibadan by 11 AM.
