The wife of the Executive Governor of Oyo state, Mrs Florence Ajimobi (JP), has urged people especially children to cultivate the habit of forgiveness as preached in the gospel.

Mrs Ajimobi made the call at the Christmas party she organised for children in the state on Sunday and urged people to emulate Christ and imbibe the spirit of giving during festivities

According to her, Christmas is about love and giving especially to the needy and under privileged and in the spirit of christmas, people should help others

"We should learn to forgive ourselves because God is a forgiving God and he instructs us to do the same

"While enjoying the festivities, we should remember to give to the less privileged, not to people we know and expect it but to people who have no hope and expectations"
