Former NECO registrar and a Professor of Curriculum Evaluation, University of Ibadan, Prof Promise Okpara’s daughter Chifumnaya Okpala, shattered a 67- year record by graduating with the highest CGPA in Economics at University of Warwick in the Uk.

Chifumnaya First Class is a very special in the history of the  university that has been in existance for the past 100 years and one of the best in the world.
