Some unauthorized news or rumours have been circulating on the social media lately, especially over the past four days on the modalities that the University of Ibadan would adopt for the 2017/2018 UTME Admission Exercise, Kindly ignore such information.

The management of the school in a press release made available to CEOAfrica said a meeting of the Senate would be conveyed in due course to make a decision on this matter, based on appropriate recommendations from the Senate Admission Committee and Committee of Provost, Deans and Directors.

According to the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Abel Idowu Olayinka “A formal announcement would be made thereafter on the modalities to be adopted in screening those candidates, who must have chosen the University of Ibadan for Admission, You may wish to advise your children, wards, other parents, guardians and others.
