It was celebration galore at the home of the Chancellor of Chrisland University, Abeokuta, High Chief Winifred Awosika when the management of the University paid her a visit on the occasion of her birthday.

The team which was led by the Vice Chancellor of Chrisland University, Prof. [Mrs] Chinedum Peace Babalola had in attendance other prominent members of the University community who had converged to celebrate a rare icon and founder of Chrisland University.

In her remarks, the Vice Chancellor eulogised the uncommon developmental strides of High Chief Winifred Awosika in ensuring that humanity benefits greatly from her wealth and philanthropist gestures.

Prof. Chinedum who congratulated the founder of Chrisland University for adding another precious year to her years of service to humanity prayed God to grant the Chancellor more fruitful years of celebrations on earth. The Vice Chancellor also used the opportunity of the visit to inform the Chancellor of the 2018/2019 matriculation for new intakes of the University which will come up in March 2018

In her message of appreciation, the Chancellor of Chrisland University, High Chief Winifred Awosika who clocked seventy eight years on Tuesday, February 13th thanked members of the University Community for creating out time even with their tight schedule to celebrate her.

She vowed to continue to support the University in her quest to becoming the number one and favourite citadel of learning in the country and the world at large.

Highpoint of the event was the cutting of the birthday cake and the presentation of gifts by the management of Chrisland University to the Chancellor of the university. In attendance were also members of Chrisland Group of Schools, Abeokuta.
