The Nigerian Police Force of the Oyo state police command send forth one of his Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Ishaku Makama for his meritorious service after 35years in the police force.

The event which took place at Oyo State Police Headquarters, Eleyele, Ibadan over the weekend witnessed a large number of dignitaries from the police command and also the Oyo state house of Assembly such as the Commissioner of police Abiodun Adekunle Odude dully represented by the deputy commissioner of police administration Attahiru Issah, Hon. Ademola Akeem Ige member of Oyo state house of assembly, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Usman Dimka and many more.

Those who spoke with CEOAfrica correspondent in unison described the celebrant as a caring father to all who ensures the safety of his men. They also described him as a gentle, honest and humble man.

The wife of the celebrant Mrs Makama described her hubby to be a man with few words who cares for all. She thank God for seeing her husband through his 35years in the police force.

Ishaku Makama in his own words gave thanks to God for sparing his life, he however, urged policemen who are still in service not to soil their integrity. He said he was celebrated because of his honesty and integrity.
