CEOAFRICA gathered that the Former Governor of Osun State and ex-National Secretary of the PDP, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola had taken the state PDP, the PDP national and the convention committee to court over their decision to include the election of a new National Secretary at the mini convention despite the pendency of his appeal at the Court of Appeal.

The court granted the injunction against the election, pending the hearing of the motion on notice.
