Over 300 Taekwondo players drawn from across the country will be participating at the 7th edition of the Inspector General of Police annual Teakwondo Championship scheduled for July 26-28 2018 at the Indoor Sports hall of the National Stadium Surulere.  

The Chairperson of the Nigeria Police Taekwondo and head of the Local Organising committee Stella Ebikefe said her committee has made all the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth working round the clock to ensure that all arrangements towards ensuring a hitch free championship are put in place.

According to SP Ebikefe, all the 11 Zones that make up the Nigeria Police Command, including the defending Champions, Zone Eleven as well as the Police headquarters, various states of the Federation and Taekwondo club sides would take part in the competition.
