Governor Ibikunle Amosun on Wednesday declared to run for the Ogun Central Senatorial seat comes 2019.

Amosun who occupied the seat between 2003 and 2007 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), announced his intention  to return to same senate chamber if elected again to represent the Egba people for the second time.

The Governor who declared his ambition during  the stakeholders meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta, the  Ogun state capital,  also promised to announce the governorship candidate of APC for the 2019 election on Thursday.
