A man is in a serious condition in hospital after his p*nis and testicles were torn off by a bulldog in England.

The man is now in serious condition after a dog bit off his manhood and testicles in a horrific attack.

The 22-year-old is still unconscious after being mauled by the Olde English Bulldog on Sunday.

He was found in a flat in Haddington, East Lothian, around 2.30pm with the dog, which was covered in his blood, before he was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: ‘Police in East Lothian are investigating after a man suffered serious injuries, believed to have been caused by a dog, in Haddington on Sunday.

‘Emergency services were called to a property in the High Street area at around 2.30pm.

‘A 22-year-old man was taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary by the Scottish Ambulance Service, and later transferred to the Western General Hospital where he remains receiving treatment.
