Wizkid's personal bodyguard, Emmanuel Obinna Roy has taken DNA nightclub boss Olufemi Olusanya a.k.a Femi Posh and a bouncer at the nightclub, David Afari to court over assault.

Videos surfaced on the internet sometime last week showing the bodyguard of the Nigerian music star being beaten and seriuosly injured in a fight at the popular Lagos nightclub, DNA.

Sources reveal that the fight was as a result of Wizkid's outstanding bill at the club. The club would however deny such claims, after a statement on its instagram page stated that Wizkid's outstanding bill at the club had nothing to do with incident citing indiscipline on the part of the accused and Roy as the cause of the altercation.

It reads "The altercation happened when both staff were talking to a senior staff and both started an argument which rapidly resulted in a fight."

Roy has since taken the DNA nightclub boss Olufemi Olusanya  and the bouncer, David Afari to court. Both men were granted bail in the sum of N500,000 each with two sureties after they both pleaded not guilty to the three count charges.
