The outgoing Ugandan Police Spokeperson, SSP Emilian Kayima hands over office to the incoming Force Spokeperson, CP Fred Enanga earlier today.

Kayima commended the team he worked with as a committed and competent team of officers who operated as a family.

The outgoing Police Spokeperson added that there are challenges at the office of PR just like in every other office but noted that these challenges can be overcome if they all join hands and work together.

Reacting, the incoming Police Spokeperson, CP Fred Enanga pledged to work with everyone in the Force just like his predecessor before him did adding that ‘The sky will not even be the limit’ in their quest to ensure security of lives and property.

A plaque was then presented to Afande Enanga as gift for his meritorious service to his nation.
