Official news reaching the desk of CEOAFRICA.com from Zimbabwe disclosed that the main opposition party in the country, Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) has launched official legal action against President Robert Mugabe’s victory at last week’s election.

The Attorney to Prime Minister, Morgan Tsvangirai said they discovered that 870,000 names were duplicated on the voters’ lists.

 An MDC-T spokesperson Douglas Mwonzora said there are good evidences of vote-buying, rigging and other irregularities to back-up their case.
